A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation. Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
Fort Tabby offers a full refund up until 14 days prior to the date of your arrival. Within 14 days of arrival, your reservation is nonrefundable.
You may cancel or change your reservation 14 days prior to your stay. If you cancel, you will receive a refund minus a 3% credit card processing fee. If you change dates, you will be responsible to pay for any increase in rates that may apply. If you wish to cancel or move your reservation and it is less than 14 days prior to your stay, the reservation can not be rescheduled and is nonrefundable. We do not offer refunds for inclement weather or if fire restrictions are in effect.
Base Rates for Campsites are based on 4-person occupancy.
Base Rates for Family Tipis are based on 4-person occupancy.
For additional Guests above the 4-person occupancy are charged at an additional $10 per night per additional guest.
Guest arriving with more guests than originally reserved shall be charged for additional guest costs at check in.
